This past weekend I went to see my favorite Hip-Hop group of all Time, Blackstar. As a fan i'd waited for this moment for at least ten years due to scheduling conflict on my behalf, and artistic indifference on theirs. I feel my mission is complete. I'd seen Talib live once, and Mos on a few occasions but never the two powerhouses together. I'm mostly happy that I wasn't disappointed; they put on a dope performance as a team. Cant wait till they can get back in the studio to create the second edition of one of my top 5 albums to bring when stranded on a deserted island!
